To be eligible for Bridget House, a mother must: You Must call 211 and complete and intake with Alameda County’s Coordinated Entry for placement
- Have in her care one or two children
- Be homeless, with documentation of homelessness
Applicants who meet these requirements should:
- Meet with Bridget House Coordinator for intake, discussion and initial screening of Bridget House requirements
- Compile documentation, schedule and follow through with assessments requested by Bridget House Program Coordinator
Once screening, assessment, and documentation are successfully completed, applicant must meet with Bridget House residents to be considered for admission.
